        Why do you only need me on a temporary basis?
        There are many reasons why long-term collaboration is not necessary. This includes bringing in specific know-how, an independent perspective or the implementation of topics that cannot be achieved within the organization. Either the knowledge is transferred or the bottleneck is bridged.
        How do I charge for my work?
        In principle, the work is remunerated via daily rates that are tailored to the task. Therefore, you have a clear idea of ​​the costs before you start working together. Since the delivery of results is very important to me, I think it would be desirable if part of the remuneration is agreed on a performance-based basis.
        What happens if I can't cover all tasks / don't have experience?
        As an individual, it is almost impossible to cover a sufficient range of topics so that customer wishes can always be met. Before the project begins, you will always receive a clear statement about what can and cannot be achieved on my part.         How long does it take until you see results?
