There are many reasons why long-term collaboration is not necessary. This includes bringing in specific know-how, an independent perspective or the implementation of topics that cannot be achieved within the organization. Either the knowledge is transferred or the bottleneck is bridged.

In principle, the work is remunerated via daily rates that are tailored to the task. Therefore, you have a clear idea of ​​the costs before you start working together. Since the delivery of results is very important to me, I think it would be desirable if part of the remuneration is agreed on a performance-based basis.

As an individual, it is almost impossible to cover a sufficient range of topics so that customer wishes can always be met. Before the project begins, you will always receive a clear statement about what can and cannot be achieved on my part. For a wide range of topics, I can rely on a network of other consultants who have complementary offerings and expertise.

This can only be answered based on the specific task. In any case, milestones or interim results can be defined so that you are constantly informed about progress. This is also important from the consultant's point of view, as this is the only way to ensure targeted processing.
